Love it! I needed something solid and trustworthy for my daily pain management. It’s great to use all over the body and in a ton of simple ways. I bought it initially just for my back, but realized I could use it in place of many of my dense foam rollers. You can lay down and place it between your legs like you would a pillow. Even just rest your feet on it while sitting down. Right now as I type this I’m perched on a foam block, back straight, legs forward, with the massager going away at my calves. Looks nice, feels great, and easy to use. The motorized sound is very quiet and calming rhythmic. Also great help for when you are feeling low and need some warming comfort.
