The media could not be loaded. I like this heater not only does it put out a good amount of heat on both settings but it also has the cool fireplace effect with sound effects. You can choose to use the effects or not you can use them with or without the heat it also has just a fan setting I'm not sure what that would be really for. It's got a really nice wood looking cabinet with a nice leather strap for carrying it. It's got a it has a generous length cord and also has tip over production to make it safer. Overall I think it's really nice and like I said it's just a nice little decorator heater that actually has alot of power. I like it I'm glad I bought it and I'd recommend it to others. Read more

This heater works great and looks amazing. My only complaint is that the knobs to turn it on and regulate the temperature are difficult to turn. Maybe that will get better as it's used more. Also, there are two switches in the back at the bottom of the unit to turn the superficial flames on or the crackle noise. Kind of awkward to have to reach back there to turn the switches on. Wish they were in the front with the other knobs. Would also be nice to have a remote but not a huge deal since typically I'm near the unit when I'm putting it on. All in all, I would purchase again just for the quality of the heater and the elegant appearance. Read more
I purchased one and loved it so much and then I got another one. Then after a couple of weeks the first one stopped working. I returned it thinking maybe I got a bad one. The. Weeks later the other one stopped working during Christmas when it was really cold. I feel so frustrated I really lived it and I loved the light display now I have to return it. Read more
