Having 1 through 10 sequences instead of higher number of sequences is important. I have two bigger dogs and anything can happen in the blink of an eye. Now my dogs listen to me when I only have to push the beep or vibrate button. Most remotes have 1-100 of shock levels. 1-10 bigger physical differences that you don't have to continuously push up or down. Not to mention amazing customer service!! We have had this product for a year and a half. We love this system and it works great! Our house was hit by lighting, and took out our transmitter. I am ordering a replacement remote because ours got misplaced, but this has been a great product for us. Easy to use, works like a charm on our pup, only had to go to the shock a couple times and on the low setting. Most of the time the beep and vibrate work wonders. Our dog responded well right away, even before we put up the barrier lines.
