I am ordering a replacement remote because ours got misplaced, but this has been a great product for us. Easy to use, works like a charm on our pup, only had to go to the shock a couple times and on the low setting. Most of the time the beep and vibrate work wonders. Our dog responded well right away, even before we put up the barrier lines.
