The media could not be loaded. do NOT buy this!!! if you cannot watch the video, here’s a brief description of why: my uggs are BRAND NEW and i got this to waterproof and use their eraser (as per the instructions) to take off a few stains that were already on them when they came in the package. this completely damaged the suede, as shown in both the photos and videos. i’m so furious. my uggs were over $120 and this kit RUINED them. this is NOT made for suede!!!
