These inserts are great! Low priced

AliceFebruary 26, 2018

These inserts are great! Low priced, sturdy yet still comfortable, support my feet as recommended by my doctor when I was having intense foot pain. She was the first one that told me I had very flat feet, and I should be wearing supports. She gave me a list to choose from, I read the reviews and decided to try this pair. I received them the day before a trip to the Bay Area last Friday, where we played 18 holes of disc golf at Golden Gate Park. Last time I did this 3 weeks ago, I was limping around due to the pain in my foot and knee. After wearing these, I was able to complete the 18 holes with almost no pain! Also beat my previous score by ten points, although in fairness I can't attribute that to these insoles...I'm about to get another pair right now so I don't have to keep swapping them out between shoes. I wear a size 10, and got the 10 - 10 1/2 mens, slides right into the shoes and fit snugly. Supports even when just sitting down. When first put on, the left foot with pain in it was a bit uncomfortable, but after a couple of hours I realized it was because it was forcing my foot to conform to the arch that it's supposed to have. My right foot felt wonderful. Today, (Sunday) both feet feel wonderful after wearing these since Friday. Read more

Better than multiple brands I've tried.

For whatever reason, I don't understand, these insoles relieve the pain on my small toe metatarsal area that the Dr. Scholl's, WalMart and other gel inserts do not solve. I have 4 pair now and all of them provide superior support and pain relief. Read more

good inserts

StephanieNovember 29, 2025

These are good inserts, and I love that they are sized correctly so I didn't have to cut them up to fit in my shoes. For my particular feet I would have preferred a bit more rise for the arch but other than that they work great in my boots and I can wear my shoes all day without any issues. Read more

Decent low budget insole for athletic shoes

SRSLY!September 3, 2023

I usually use spenco and powerstep insoles with spenco high impact as my preferred insole. The nazaroo (and powerstep) insole is too wide for many of my shoes even though the arch support and heel cup are good in those brands. I wear mostly vans skate shoes; I don’t like my heels lifted and I like the traction of the all rubber soles. But vans have terrible factory insoles that I rip out and replace before wearing the shoes. I seldom wear the same shoes consecutively so I can’t vouch for the comfort of these in a repeat day-in-day-out scenario. I do spend most of my working days on my feet however, both standing and walking. I’ve used the nazaroo insoles in my vans and yard (usually slip on adidas or Skechers) shoes for several years and while they’re not excellent, they’re alright. They’ve held up well (even when I forget to wear socks-I don’t have overly sweaty feet) through puddles and wet grass, though when I get them wet, I pull the insoles out to dry afterwards. My feet are fine after 7-8 hours of work but after 10-12 hours the dogs do bark a bit. Overall, nazaroo are decent “budget” alternatives to more expensive insoles for wider shoes like boots, sneakers, and slip on yard shoes. They do lose their cushion pretty quickly though, so if you’re going to wear the same shoes daily, they may only be decent for about 3-6 months depending on your weight and time on your feet. Better insoles will cost 2x - 5x as much but last about 10 times as long. So, in the end, the more expensive insoles are a better choice if you’ve got the funds but these will do for the short term. For an idea as to fit: I wear regular width shoes in euro size 40-41; us men’s size 8; us women’s size 9.5 and the nazaroo insoles for size 7-7.5 fit most of my shoes without a need to trim them much (if at all) before putting them in. Seems just as good as Superfeet, to me.

Earth FriendJuly 26, 2025

I've been wearing these now for about 6 months and very impressed. Prior to this I wore Superfeet for about 7-8 years. I'm a recovering Plantar fasciitis person, so I know what pain is in the feet. These insoles are so much cheaper than the alternatives, yet work EXACTLY the same, it's just a no brainer. Read more

... two sports insoles from department stores and not being happy with them for cycling I decided to try these ...

Kellin QJuly 11, 2017

After trying two sports insoles from department stores and not being happy with them for cycling I decided to try these instead. They fit surprisingly well in my clipless cycling shoes (just barely fit) and after a 20-mile ride in them I have to say that they've significantly improved the comfort of my shoes and my feet felt great at the end of the ride. Also, if you've never walked in road cycling shoes with a very stiff sole then I'll tell you that it's pretty awkward to walk in and it's almost like walking in wooden shoes with rubber erasers at the tips of both ends of the exterior sole. It's pretty uncomfortable to walk in them for moderate distances and these helped so much with that. My foot moves around much less inside the shoe and it's so much less uncomfortable. I wish I knew how to explain the differences better, but I hope that my explanation suffices. These insoles just make my shoes feel more like a solid sock that conforms to my foot. I'll have to do a lot more riding to get a real feel for them and I'll be sure to update my review at that point. Misc notes: - If you're not familiar with these type of insoles, the rear half is very stiff while the front part that's flat is similar to a normal insole's flexibility. - The fabric dented along the side when I jammed it into the back of my shoe and hasn't recovered yet so the cushioning may very well flatten over time. That's just speculation though and I really don't know. Beyond that the fabric seems to be pretty high quality and I don't see it pilling or tearing in the future. - I'm a size 10 male with a medium arched foot. Cycling shoe is a UK 43 (9.5 US). Leave a comment below if you have any questions and I'll do my best to help. Read more
