We used to have a green machine but it was so bulky and made a mess if the seal wasn’t right. Those days are gone. This little machine sees action every single day. Now cleaning up cat puke and hairballs is a breeze. Mud on the ottoman? No big deal. Weird hot sauce stain from eating in the living room instead of the dining room? Too easy. This bad boy is easy the charge and I love using it. The cats hate it but if they really hated it then maybe they’d stop puking. Read more

This is the perfect little carpet cleaner for us to have around. We have light tan carpets in the house and a dog. The only issue we had with the unit was the sprayer wood spray 2 Long streams way out in front of the vacuum cleaner when we examined the sprayer nozzle, we saw a piece of plastic that had not been taken out after it was molded in the middle of the sprayer, we cut that out with a raisin knife, and now it sprays perfectly in front of the unit go easy on the amount of carpet cleaner you mix with water as it will foam up and start coming out the cooling port for the motor Read more

I don’t understand some of the criticisms people have of this little spot cleaner. I’ll give you my impressions. I have a terrifically lovable cat that, unfortunately, has a terrifically bad tummy. That’s why I bought this gadget. I’ve tried others and this is hands down the best. At first, I thought the cleaner wasn’t charging. The lights didn’t indicate it was charging as the lousy manual said they should. I was going to send it back. But when I held the power button down for a couple of seconds it fired right up. The rather poor directions say hold it for a second and a half but I missed that. Once I caught on everything worked well, lights and all. The charging cable is ridiculously short but it works, and so does an Iphone cable. I found that the tank comes off easily with the click of a button. It has to be carefully aligned to reattach though. A tight fit keeps the vacuum seal. I had no trouble removing or replacing the tanks. The first time I tried to use the spray it did not work but after I reset the water tank it sprayed great—proper alignment! It has pretty good suction for a small device. Much better than any other I have used. It actually pulled the skin on my finger. I poured an ounce of water on my rug to test it and it sucked up at least 95% of it by my measure (back into the same shot glass) so what more can you ask for? True, the tanks are not very big but if they were much larger, it would be bulky. It held more than enough for me to clean up my cat’s barf last night. The best part! It is so easy to clean. No nasty hose like Bissel Little Green Machine! Everything came apart and went back together well. It would be nice if the dirty water tank had a better empty port, but the top opening is large enough that it is easy to empty and clean. The fill hole is kind of small but adequate. Be sure to plug it tightly. That may be why someone thought it leaked. Proper alignment! I removed the roller brush (easy) because we have always used a hand brush to scrub so I can’t comment on how well that would have worked. (I didn’t want to clean it.) Pricey, yes. But I have paid more for other products that don’t work as well. Having been disappointed in every other spot cleaner I have tried I give this one the best marks. My wife agrees. This is an amazing little machine! I have an elderly dog who has occasional accidents and this little shampooer does a great job for spot cleaning. The charge lasts a long time, the rotating brush helps clean deep down and it comes apart for easy cleaning! I highly recommend! Read more
