Worn it for over a week, not overly restricted but pressure has helped with pain, my complaint is the hook and loop fastener sucks, cannot get it to hold, have to use something else to hold it in place, I use a large paper clip. Regular heavy duty velcro would hold a lot better to keep it down. And a longer strap would have been better for a larger person. I do say that the pain is much better now. Read more
