Construction seems good, however l/xl size is either inconsistent or made for small children. Barely got the upper portion across my elbow before surrendering to allow required blood flow to occur. Not giving lower rating as I have no way to know how well it works, this is mainly for larger people. This is one size fits most sort of things. Does not matter their little chart, it is wrong and if your arms are on upper side of scale, it is not going to fit you. Sorry. Thankfully it was cheap. Read more
