absolutely love this. i have it on for the first time so i cant speak to durability but it seems like it will last as long as its properly cared for. i have degeneration from covid attacking my joints also due to joint issues from having gravese diseas (also from covid) and tore my deltoid and trap pulling a sheet out of the washer a frw months after my health crap started. i cant rake advil anymore and tylenol doesnt work so i had been trying hot showers and heating pads but heating pads scare me. the first one i bought stopped working within 20 min and had horrific 1 star reviews about electrical issues. so ir eturned it and the other one i was going to try and bought this instead. i had been borrowing my daughters heating pad and it just couldnt sit on the right spot and the vest heating pads again seem sketchy from my ecperience. but this is awesome just warm it in the microwave and it goes EXACTLY where i need it most. i love this thing!!!!! i also bought similar ones for my upper back/traps/neck and a big one that can go across the lower back. these are great, heating pads and water bottled over electric heating pads any day. im so happy with the coverage and design of this shoulder brack heat/pack. and knowing i have something i can freeze for future pain is awesoem. Have rotator cuff tendonosis with impingement (pinching) and this ice wrap is perfect. Hits all the area at once, and stays cold for a long time. Only slight complaint is that it freezes pretty stiff, but easy enough to loosen it up with my hands before putting in on. Would 100% buy again. Read more

Being a woman it’s a little bulky. It’s more for men, but it actually does help. I’m not a big girl, but I am very muscular. I weight lift so I do have bigger arms and biceps so this actually hits my shoulders where I am very toned as well as my biceps where I get so much pain from using my muscle so much with weightlifting so this actually does help, especially with the shoulder the shoulder that I needed it for I had surgery on due to a car accident and it really does Add ice that’s cooling and soothing to that area and it really helps relieve the pain.
