Shoulder Brace with Ice Pack Hot Cold Therapy Shoulder Compression Sleeve Shoulders Immobilizer Support for Rotator Cuff Relief

Had to get this for a rotator cuff injury, micro tears in the deltoid. The item works to help secure the humorous bone and the deltoid cap muscles from moving too much. I'm a petite person so I had to tighten this as far as it would go to make it hold. But this would suit a person with a larger frame and their is ample room for expansion. It did not pull my shoulder back but only held the shoulder in place closer to my frame. I still had to wear my shoulder brace beneath this to keep my shoulders pulled back for posture and to keep my joint stabilized. I don't expect a miracle with this kind of equipment but it was wearable all day for the most part without discomfort. The ice pack provided is larger than the pocket where it fits into the brace. So the ice pack falls out the side and Velcro keeps coming apart where it attaches. If the Velcro was stronger and if it attached to more surface area it would be better. After wearing it a bit, The brace itself slides forward, and you have to keep pushing it back into place. The long strap that goes over your back is not real stretchy and the Velcro comes apart on its own. Cheaply made. Would not purchase again. Read more

It requires some effort to setup, but after you're used a couple of time there's no problems. Be careful of heating the the pack in the microwave. I suggest you keep an eye on it. I have used it several times and it holds the hot/cold pack in place. It has worked well for me. Read more

Not a great product can’t have it too tight or it’ll cut off blood flow, can’t loosen it or it won’t have any compression. I can’t relax my arm without it being too loose or too loose there is no happy medium. Very unsatisfied. First pic I thought was comfortable until I rested my arm. Second pic to get rid of the gap to have it fit had to tighten it an I rested my arm an my arm was throbbing if I loosen it from that point it wouldn’t fit properly a if I went a size down it wouldn’t be too small.
