Heat right at the shoulder where I need it.
It took a bit to figure out how to strap the unit around my chest and back to secure it, but it worked very well once on. I had to look at the control panel in the mirror to get it set correctly. The lock/unlock process is easy. It heats quickly and is also relatively quick to recharge. The massage feature isn’t worth turning on, but for me, the heating option is why I bought it. PROs: Good heat, not tied to cord, has massage/vibrate ability. CONs: Not weighted enough to apply heat adequately, difficult to apply tension to Velcro strap around arm, body strap has good tension, but too high on pad as it chokes the neck. Good beginning to a promising product. I returned for weighted option. Read more

Not what I expected but it's OK...
I was really hoping that after I tried this shoulder heating pad and massager I would feel justified in giving a five star rating, but nope. A 4 star is very gracious. Pros-The temperature does get as high as the seller claims. It seems to be made of a quality material. It is quite comfortable and it does not cause any irritation. It provides a bit of support. It does provide some relief. Cons-It takes a very, very long time to charge and the charge does not last long. The brace doesn't fit quite as snuggly as it looks in the pictures which prevents the heat and massage from being as effective as it could be. The heating pad is only located in very small part of the shoulder brace itself, and doesn't extend to much of the shoulder joint. The massaging part of it is more of a buzzing than an actual massager. Read more
