Man do I love this. Most all heating pad/massagers are only for the lower back and lumbar. That I don't have a problem with those areas. I need my neck and upper back. This works great. I can put it on and still do things as I can walk around with it. Easy to charge. I get a good massage on a single charge. Only suggestion on the product is if you can move the battery storage to outside the pad. Instead it is in a little pocket inside and a bit of a pain to get to while you are wearing it. I get migraines and use a heating pad every night to help keep from getting them. The one I normally use is one you heat in the microwave. This is a great alternative for in the car or when you are somewhere you can’t easily access a microwave. I like that you can tie it around your waist so it stays in place, and the massage feature. I also like that it shuts off so you don’t have to worry about it staying on too long. The only reason for 4 stars is that it would be nice if it got hotter. Read more

I've bought 2 other stomach cramps/gastritis relief pads before. I should have gone for this one first. It's warm, long lasting battery, comfortable, easy to use, and it is HUGE. The removable battery pack is also great so I don't have to plug in the whole device and worry about where I should put the entire package. It also comes with a neat carrying case, which I don't see myself using much, but it's a good idea just in case I need to take it with me outside the house. The levels of warm are consistent with what is said on the package. I would recommend making sure that you have a shirt underneath so you don't burn yourself. The vibration function is neat, but I have not had the need to use it yet to relieve myself of muscle pain. Read more

I love the Vofuoti Heating pad. However, I wish there were options to get extra batteries. The battery is very short lived and ordering from the non-existing Vofuoti website is not an option. I ordered before an 8 hour flight, because my back had been bothering me. Amazon has lots of choices, but I am so happy I picked this one! The quality is excellent! The fabric is soft & plush. The elastic "belt" to secure it is also smooth, flexible & comfortable, even on bare skin. (I was worried it might be stiff or itchy, but it wasn't.) I only intended to use it on my flight, but it was so soothing, I find myself using it a lot more frequently. I purchased primarily for the heating, but the massage feature is really nice too. I was a little concerned the "massage heads" might be uncomfortable pressed between my back & the airplane seat, but it was fine. They are small, properly placed & hardly noticeable. I wanted this for lower back pain that's on my left side. I ordered this because it doesn't need to be plugged in so I thought it would be more versatile. But the whole belt thing is really awkward. I could not sit down or lay down while using it and it was hard to feel the heat in the right place. There's 2 hard bulky things in the belt, probably the power supply or something, so you can't lean back and relax. I literally had to walk around while wearing it. So that was useless. Returning.
