I love the shoulder fit and the heat/ice option. I'm at my desktop top, with the heat option plugged into my tower. works great! However, the strap that connects the shoulder around the other side of my body definitely needs to be longer. I plan to modify mine with another piece of neoprene. DOACT needs to add about 2-3 inches, especially for men with large chests. Read more

I've only had this a few days but love it. My son has all day wrestling tournaments on sats and this shoulder brace made the day enjoyable. Made the tendonitis of the rotator cuff pain managable. Read more
I am an active athlete with shoulder issues. I like to warm up my shoulders on the way to workout to help mitigate any further damage. This product has worked reasonably in the past (although it really only lasts about a year with regular use). I put it on, plug it into my car's USB outlet on the way to my workout and I'm good to go when I arrive. The braces that shipped in my latest order, however, came with power cords that would not connect to the brace itself despite having what appeared to be the proper interface (see pics). I tried for weeks to get them to connect and had to quit each time I tried out of frustration. When I tried to return them and/or get the seller to fix the issue, they kept giving me the run around. They finally offered to give me a 10% refund and suggested I get it "fixed." However, if a product is defective, how does one fix it? Not to mention, why would I spend any more time on something that I already sank a bunch of time into already with no resolution? While the brace itself is pretty good, I'd avoid this seller. like the plague. Read more
