Not what I was expecting. I’ve had shredded foam and solid foam products before and this did not impress. The cells were not totally stitched off so from the start we had unevenly distributed cells. Yes, this is going on day 2 of decompressing and some massaging. You literally would have to lay this out, let it decompress and then play a game of find the overstuffed and manipulate the shreds thru the uncompleted stitches to even out Each. And. Every. Cell. - yes, literally for almost every cell. So interesting enough, how do you return this stuff when it goes from a vac packed waffle to this giant cumbersome and weighty drag? The only thing I can imagine instead of a large moving box is dragging it in a XL contractor garbage bag to the UPS store. Lesson learned, shredded foam is fine for pillows and such but mattress sized stuff, go with the one piece. Not sure what to do with this thing now. Not sure why so many rave about this, this was terrible before I even got it strapped to the bed which if you have a thicker mattress the straps barely fit or hold it seems. I looked it up and it seems few reviewers commented on this as well. I guess I’m contacting Amazon about this but ultimately it seems it getting bagged and dragged to the UPS store. They’ll hate me but out of principle, I am getting my money back. Read more
