Amazing! I use it to massage my trigger spot under right shoulder blade edge area to help with neck tightness and pain! Less headaches with this daily massage routine! The heat is perfect! The massage balls rotate in two directions which create a firmer massage and then on to a lighter pressure which works for direct pressure and then less pressure - much like a hand massage would provide! Extremely effective and satisfied and I have tried many massagers! Read more

I bought this because someone else left a review saying that it really helped their shoulder pain related to taking care of their baby. I have the same issue- constant pain and throbbing and overuse of my left shoulder from taking care of my young child full time. This massager helps sooo much. The first time I used it I felt my muscles relax for the first time in months, the heating function is great too! Really glad I invested in this item. It was only 30$ on sale so well worth it for me! Great Massager. Having the shoulder straps allows you really control the amount of pressure applied. These are hard shiatsu type balls that articulate around the machine. I use it all over my back and calves. It's also heated (a push button to activate), which for some I am sure it provides a bit more relaxation, but I find going raw dog and pulling on the shoulder straps really provides the best muscle relief. This is my second one. Great product! Read more

If i could give 6 stars I would!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PRODUCT **even my dog enjoys it** I’ve never tried a massager with arm inserts and let me tell you, it’s a total game changer. I suffer from migraines due to tension in my upper back and muscles along the spine making it hard to reach. I’ve tried the standard pillow massagers without arm rests and they’re borderline OK. I recently underwent surgery on my neck and my back pain is terrible for the last 3 days. I decided to hop online and give this a try based on the reviews. Let me tell you, I put this bad boy on my back and it reached EVERY hard to reach area whether it be my neck, along my spine, lower back, wherever! The arm rests make it possible! This little thing us powerful and affordable, completely changed my day/week and I am feeling much better already. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PRODUCT Read more

I used this item a couple of times now, and I like it. I don’t love it, but it does do its job. I am not sure if I want to return it, but here is my experience: firstly, it’s big and bulky. Secondly, it is kind of hard/annoying/not as easy it is to press the buttons to change the settings. I have used it on my neck area, and my whole back (in sections.) it does do a good job in the lower back area, and it isn’t that hard to hold when concentrating there. Overall, it does do a good massage, and the heat isn’t too hot. However, I wish it wasn’t so big and bulky. It’s also disappointing of how short the wire is. So, depending where your outlets are, you may be sitting in an uncomfortable chair, by the outlet, or, not as relaxed on the couch, or office chair like you may hope to be. The outlet plug is also big and chunky, so it takes up space on the outlet extension. You may need to unplug some thing if you’re wanting to use this. Read more

I bought this for severe sacroiliac joint pain and neck and shoulder tension. I used it as soon as it arrived and started with lower back and worked upwards—I manipulated it so pressure points hit where I needed. I spent about 1.5-2 hours on my back, neck, shoulders and stomach using bed pillows to apply more pressure to my back, shoulders and neck. The mechanical strength of the massagers maintained and remained strong and steady. When I get a massage I need very deep tissue massaging and have a high pain tolerance—I say this to emphasize how I used this massager. Today, the day after I used the massager for the first time, my muscles and tendons are sore from the massager BUT in a way that lets me know the pressure from the massager was deep enough. And, my sacroiliac joint is not throbbing this morning and have been able to walk without constant pain today. I rarely write reviews—usually forget about it but, when you’re literally in constant pain and use something that relieves your constant pain you cant forget about it. I am very happy to report this massager has been a pleasant surprise. I have relief from sacroiliac pain for the first time in so long that I can’t remember. So, I did manipulate the massager and maneuvered it so that it would massage one side of my lower back in the areas I need. I used bed pillows to keep pressure where I wanted it. Sometimes lighter and sometimes more pressure—depending on need. The mechanics of the massager did not wane or struggle—they remained strong and consistent in strength. Impressed enough to write the longest review of my life—and I’m over 55. This is only the first day so I will update if anything changes. Yes! Buy it and manipulate it to work for your needs! I recommend! I added pics to show how I used it to apply constant pressure on my back. Read more
