Just got them today. My normal size is a 6.5, so I opted for the 7. They seemed a bit big with one pair of cotton socks on, but I did get them for winter, so I pulled on a pair of wool socks over the cotton, and the boots fit just fine. I can't speak for the durability, as I just got them. Thick a tread as you could ever want. No slipping in the mud in these boots. I have a uninsulated pair of mud boots, but I can't bear to put them on in the cold (I keep them outside), so I got these. Very comfortable, very warm, and a pleasure to walk around in. I love these boots they are waterproof they don't slip easy at all they're easy on and off they're warm I love the style of them and they fit extremely well I think they're perfect for what I paid for them very good value for the money. Read more
Ì have one sided severe hip problems and was looking for good quality rain/mud/barnboots. They had to be a lighter weight but still have quality to work on the farm even with temps getting colder. I love these, lighter weight but still heavy duty enough. Will update how they will do over the winter. Read more
The boots are very comfortable. They were nicely packaged and appear to be of good quality. The only reason I did not give a five star is they are big. I ordered a size nine according to the size chart. They flop a little but this was the fourth order through Amazon and I was not about to return another pair of boots. The first two orders were a different boot that had their own issues. The third order (the first of the Showave) “got lost.” So, I just kept this pair even though they are big. My last pair of rubber boots were Tidewe and I wore an eight. That is my usual shoe size. Read more
I have horses and use these boots a lot in cold weather. When it warms up, I still use them until it is t time to ride when I use my half chaps which are cooler on my legs in hot weather. The boots take a lot of abuse but keep their shape and make my feet feel comfortable. The price is very reasonable and the boots last for at least one year and beyond, depending on weather conditions. These boots are also good in the yard at home. They are also very easy to clean. I wanted boots that would keep my feet warm and dry, but also provide traction in the winter months... but I didn't want to pay name brand price. I scrolled and scrolled until I came across these. They are perfect. Whether you're going through snow, ice, mud, puddles or whatever else, these are great boots. I've had them for quite a few months and they've held up great. They fit great, the price was great, and they don't feel overly heavy or clunky. They are easy to put on and take off, but they also stay on good if you're walking through sticky mud. Read more
