Surprising benefit: The water in the shower, despite the increased pressure, it QUIETER! I can listen to a book on tape playing on my phone and I can hear it. Sure, it delivers on the promise of higher water pressure. Did it blow me out of the shower like you get at some hotels? No, out water pressure sucked to begin with, now it's better -- but the quiet! The quiet! It's a really under stated benefit. Really nice and no where in the spec does it talk about the fact that it quiets down your shower -- maybe because it makes the individual steams of water finer/thinner? Not sure. But I like it! This handheld shower head is a great upgrade. The water pressure is strong and consistent, and the spray feels very refreshing. I like the different settings—they’re easy to switch and work well for both rinsing and regular showers. Installation was quick and straightforward, with all the necessary parts included. Great shower head. It is versatile and the option to use it as a water jet sprayer makes cleaning , the shower easy. The water pressure is great. Not sure on how much the filter is actually doing but time will tell. My only drawback is mine came with a short vinyl plastic attachment hose for the handheld. Others have stainless steel hose and are a lot longer. It was also not as long as I had hoped. I had to replace it with a stainless steel hose because it the movement of the hand held the hose got a kink in it. This is why it only has 4 stars. It does create great water pressure compared to other shower heads I have tried. Read more
I live in an area with very hard water and mediocre water pressure, so I wasn't sure how well this would work. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Took about 5 minutes to install, turned it on and woosh! The spray was amazing. Full pressure yet somehow not harsh.. very soothing and gentle to the skin though still powerful. Hard to describe. And the mist setting is great too. Just a couple of things to be aware of if you are a plumbing newbie like me... be sure to unscrew the handle of the shower head to remove the protective cap of the filter tube inside AND know that the protective caps on the hose UNSCREW!!! I thought they would just pop off like most do. I spent some frustrating minutes trying to pry them off with a knife, a screwdriver, anything I could find until I accidentally twisted it a bit and found the caps inscrew very easily. So Dufus alert! So the 5 minute installation time I mentioned above is without the time I spent trying to get the hose caps off. Read more

I love the showerhead for the cost and the value I live in New York City. The only thing is that I have to change the filter once a month. it frightens me to know how hard this filter must work and the water I was taking a shower in before. This is advertised as a strong flow, but it really isn't. At least, according to my daughters and husband who all have very thick hair. My hair is quite fine, and I was happy with the shower head, but the rest of my family couldn't get their hair thoroughly wet with this shower head. The head is a good size and easy to install. There is a nice variety of sprays, though most of them are some variation on mist. That is the problem for my family, and I had to return this. Disappointing. Read more
