I recently purchased 2 of these pillows and I have to say.... they do not disappoint!!! I was going to buy those MyPillow ones you see advertised on TV, but after doing some research it turns out the reviews on those is horrible! Then I found these "Qutool" pillows, which had great reviews plus a 10 year warranty!! I am very happy with these pillows. They keep their shape, are soft when you want them to be but also firm enough for support as well! I may need to take out just a little bit of the stuffing, which is also a great feature cause you can adjust them to your own liking!! I loved the Qutool pillows. They were firm which allowed me to sit up like I had a backrest to read. I could have used for sleep but I wanted them to stay firm. I'm sure you can see I recently purchased a different set but this was my favorite. It was worth my choice. Read more

We've used these pillows for a few months now and they are really good. They have stayed firm, smell fresh and don't bunch up in spots. Recommend only if you like really firm pillows. The fill is adjustable but it is still firm with less. Read more

I've suffered for a while searching for a decent pillow in stores. This beats most of them for me, its cooling and is a good size. Apart from that it has removable insides for making it easier for you to adjust. It's soft yet assuring that support. These are the pillows I have been looking for! I love a big fluffy supportive pillow and haven't been able to find one for about 25 years. As I once again gave up on my last pillow, I saw a segment on GMA that included this pillow and was intrigued by the ability to adjust the fill to personal preference. As a side sleeper, I always want my pillows fuller than most and I want it to stay that way all night. These pillows fulfill my needs. They arrived quickly with simple instructions included to assure full "fluff" as well as how to deal with any odor. Mine had no discernible odor and 10 minutes in the dryer achieved a wonderful full appearance. Best of all, they maintained that fill and support all night. I love a firm pillow that doesn’t have my neck at a 90 degree angle. I really like this pillow because it’s firm but comfy. I wish it were a little firmer (denser may be the word actually). But of all the pillows I’ve tried recently (4+) this is the best. I’m not immediately looking to buy a new one which is a good sign in my book. I’ve become a pillow snob lately so I’m happy to have liked this one! It did have a bit of a chemical smell on day one but it wasn’t overwhelming just noticeable at first. Read more
