Clear and clean looking. Easy to maintain. Sturdy, no warping so far after a couple months of use. I actually use this for some of my much smaller non-ceramic potted plants to set on - I use our guest bathroom sometimes to help with humidity. I'm very mindful about how much weight I place on it. Even though I didn't use this for typical tub caddy items, I would still feel confident in using it for supporting a tablet, small candle and a drink.
