I have used this product before and love it! It’s a healthier alternative to traditional pads and gives you a cooling sensation that also helps with cramps if you have them. The Ion strip is the TRUTH! Comes as stated - 4 packs of 10 pads (40 pads all together) The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I ordered on Monday and they Came the next Monday and not in two days for prime as stated. I have been using the shorter length Shuya pads for some time and have been pleased with them --- except for one thing. Accessibility to find the opening in the packaging was quite difficult. Having just received this larger version, I was pleased to see that a colored pull tab has been added. Seems like a small thing but it makes it so much easier to open the plastic wrapping. Thank you!
