I'm loving this waist cincher! The material is smooth and and the boning is nice but a little on the soft side. The structure provides great waist definition without feeling too restrictive. The metal front clasps are strong and work well, and the long ribbon laces in the back were plenty long enough so that you could open this belt up quite wide, so it will work for a wide range of sizes. My only complaint is the boning, it's a little soft for my liking, but that being said, it didn’t dig in or poke me, which is a plus. It works well for both everyday shaping and dressing up, whether you are wearing it as part of a costume or as a stylish touch to an everyday outfit. The sizing was a little tricky, I followed the chart, but I probably could have gone with my usual size rather than sizing up as recommended by others. If you're in between sizes, you might want to go slightly smaller since the laces provide extra room to adjust. This cincher is very good quality, with well-stitched seams and a polished look. I ordered this Underbust Corset in the color Green in size Small (I'm 5'2", 112#, 27" waist, 35" hips). It fits perfectly and was absolutely ideal for the Renaissance Festival last weekend. This corset is comfortable and easy to adjust. With the hooks in the back it's also really easy to put on because you don't have to unstring the whole thing or loosen it up really wide to step in. The ribbons are very long and I almost decided to cut or replace them, but ultimately I realized they look really pretty as is so I'm glad I left them alone. I've wanted a Renaissance outfit for ages and I'm so happy to add this to my costume collection. I could also wear this for Halloween or Oktoberfest. This corset is very cute unfortunately the sizing chart is a bit weird. I think I would have gone up a size to get the fit I was looking for. The small fit fine but it seemed a little smaller than the measurements suggested. The material is nice and I enjoy the print. Read more
