This turtleneck is the perfect blend of comfort and cozy, plus, IT HAS POCKETS!!!! I don’t know about the other ladies out here, but too often I’m frustrated with the lack of pocket space (or pockets themselves!) in my clothing. Guys get a bazillion pockets, women get like 2 small pockets at best, and they can only fit maybe a chapstick and a quarter if you’re lucky. So the fact that this turtleneck not only HAS POCKETS, but has BIG pockets, made me almost gleeful! The turtleneck itself is very soft and warm. I bought a 2x and it was a bit oversized, but that’s how I prefer my turtlenecks, so I was happy with this. The length went down to my mid-thigh, perfect for winter months when it’s -10000000 degrees out (that’s an exaggeration, but you get the idea). The fabric didn’t feel too heavy or scratchy at all, and the best part for me is that the neck area is looser, so I don’t feel like I’m choking when I wear this. Other turtlenecks have been too tight before, and as such, I don’t buy any for that reason. Overall, I’d say this is a fantastic winter option with high quality fabric and sewing, the oversized fit, and the fact that, as stated above, IT HAS POCKETS!!! I am 5’4” 220, 42G. I ordered a 2x and feel that it fits true to size. It falls to the upper thigh just like in the listing. I thought since I’m short it might be a little longer. The pockets fall where the curvature of my hips start so I think that could look better and might make the torso look a bit short instead of elongated like the average longer sweater does. It is thinner than I expected based on the photos. I would describe it as light weight but cozy and warm. Based on the fabric, i think it will pill easily over time because it’s a bit soft and fluffy - so avoid any velcro with it. Perfect for a fall day or winter day with a jacket on top. The button details are nice. The army green color I got the turtle neck sweater in is accurate to the listing and is a nice shade. I think the price of $27 is fair for it. I don’t think it will be a “go to” in my wardrobe because the proportions aren’t that flattering for me but I will give it a try. I think if you are smaller chested it will look much better on you than me but it definitely fits comfortably. Read more

This oversized black turtleneck pullover sweater in size 5X is very soft and comfortable to wear but it is thin and stretchy also. I went by the size chart that says a size 5X measures 69.7" at the hem. My hips measure 60" and this size fits normally. I gave it 5 stars because it is a very nice and well made sweater, but the style isn't quite right for me. The buttons add a nice touch but if you have broad shoulders like me, you may want to pass on this one. The 3 buttons on each shoulder make them look broader. I'm 5'1" and this sweater comes almost down to my knees, so it accentuates my backside. I prefer shorter sweaters that fall mid hip. The sweater is well made with no loose threads or pulls in the knit. If you like longer, lighter weight, soft sweaters, I recommend trying this one. Read more
