Good quality for price except for the strap which isn't strong enough to assist with stretches unless you reinforce the stitching so it doesn't come apart. The velcro is actually decent, it's mainly that stitching. It's 2 standard blocks and 1 average to thin yoga mat. I'd recommend if you're on a budget. Read more

This was my first yoga mat and it is a good mat. No bad odors of any kind. It is a bit thin for working on a hard floor. It is not comfortable on my knees or my wrists. The blocks are great and work perfect for me! The length is great and it doesn’t bunch up. I don’t have any problems with it sliding. If I had a carpeted floor this mat would be great but for a hard floor, it’s not really suitable. Read more
