Pricey but worth it
This arrived and was very impressed with the mat. It was easy to assemble, great thickness and the hitting area is top notch. Easy on the joints and feels very realistic. I’m expecting a lot of use come winter months. Read more

Questionable Quality for the Price
First, I have enjoyed this hitting mat. It is soft on the joints as advertised. My concern is about the durability. I have had this mat for just over 3 months now. I have used it for 2 to 4 hours per week during that time, and have used spikeless golf shoes or regular tennis shoes the whole time on this mat. The hitting area has held up pretty well to the abuse. I have been impressed by it. Not to mention that it is the most replaceable spot on the mat, and you can tell it was made with higher-quality turf. My biggest concern is the area where I stand when I am hitting the ball. This area is well-worn and sunken in. You can feel it when you stand on the mat. I was told by their support team that this looked like "normal wear." As for the other aspects of this mat, the area where you stand is awfully close to the seam between the two large foam pads. This probably doesn't help when it comes to wear, but I got used to it pretty quickly, and it didn't affect my ability to hit balls off the mat. Another issue I have with the pad is that the puzzle-like mechanism for attaching the pads is only on one side of the pad. This makes it so you cannot rotate the pad that you stand on and still have it structurally attached to the hitting pad. I might do this to distribute wear more evenly. While I have enjoyed aspects of the product, mine seems to be breaking down far too quickly. For this price, I cannot in good conscience recommend that people purchase this product. Read more
