I bought this by mistake. I meant to buy a regular heavy cream and didn't pay a close attention when added it to Amazon Fresh cart. However, I found it very useful for baking sweets. I think it adds even better flavors to sweet baked goods like cakes, cookies, custard...etc than the regular heavy cream. I continue to purchase this in addition to the regular cream for baking.
