I have lactose intolerance. This is the best non-dairy creamer by far. I love it so much, I package little travel-size bottles of it to take when I'm on vacation, because all the other non-dairy creamers out there - including the oat milk creamer you get at coffee shops - are a poor substitute for this creamer. One caveat - it's sweet, so I mix it with regular soy milk to cut the sweetness while still lightening the coffee. That's why I took off one star. FYI: the vanilla flavor is far superior to the original flavor. Read more
