Pricey but you get what you pay for. The backpack appears to be well designed keeping focus on modern style and functionality. We purchased two different bags unfortunately both were to small inside. I didn't want to spend another dime but I had to get another one that could support a high schooler who has a lot of heavy items such as a chromebook, 3" divider for 5 classes a few notebooks, pencil cases blah blah blah! It's surprisely light but well made. The zipper feature is nice the neon green is a nice touch on a checkered bag and the padding on the shoulder strap looks comfortable. Hopefully, it'll hold up for a year + I'm happy as long as she's satisfied. Notice the backpack size the bag I got is the 25L larger than most standard backpacks. Purchased for my 4th grader. It is larger than I expected, she is tall so it works for her. Quality material, wipes off easily, loops on each zipper-making room for many key chains and ease of pulling zippers. For the most part a nice backpack. Beautiful colors. After just a few months of school the bottom corners are showing quite a bit of wear. I bought this for my kindergartener and probably wouldn’t for this age again. It is a very heavy and stiff backpack. Zippers are great. Pockets are great. Just not the best option for a 5 year old. I absolutely LOVE this backpack! Not only is it functional, but also extremely durable and stylish. It has little a strap on the side to hold a water bottle in place - this was a big selling feature for us since my son’s water bottle would always slip out of his previous backpacks. It’s the perfect size for my 8 year old and provides plenty room for growth. There are many compartments to keep everything nice and organized. It even has a laptop compartment in the main pocket. I normally wouldn’t spend this much on a backpack for my child, but you can tell this is built to last! The material is nice and thick. Definitely worth the money.
