I admit I was shocked to see how small this thing really was. But after unboxing (very well protected in the shipping box by the way), when I placed it in my small bathroom it was a perfect fit. Works smoothly with a gentle press of the toe button. Slow close with dampened down action. Internal extra bag storage is a great touch. Not cheap but seems well made and well thought out. VALUE!
