Was it just the one we received or....
...all of them. Package had clearly been opened and retaped. Was ot a return? There were no instructions and couldn’t find any online but maybe we needed to dig a little more. Ultimately it didn’t matter as it got assembled and I’m happy with it. Must have been missing a piece but was able to cut a section to a correct length and drill and tap a hole to secure another part. Having been a machinist and mechanic my whole life with some machine tools in my shop helps in these situations but the normal customer would likely have been asking to return it. If you get one that is what I believe to be complete you’ll like it. The soap trays adjust nicely and the spring tension holds it very securely. The chrome on the trays looks good but can’t attest to how ot will fair over time. The uprights are aluminum and have a matte or satin finish so be aware they are not polished to match the chrome.
