If you want to start taking cinnamon for health, this is a great option. I love that its organic. The taste is good - smoother than regular cinnamon. This cinnamon is recommended for helping with your A1C and I feel that taking this was a part of me getting my score down almost 30 points. I add this cinnamon to my coffee, but you could also add it to oatmeal or yogurt. Enjoy! Read more

Some comments question the flavor and strength. Ceylon is normally not as strong of flavor as Cassia cinnamon. Perhaps that is the difference. From Brave AI: "The two main types of cinnamon are Ceylon cinnamon (often called "true cinnamon") and Cassia cinnamon. While both come from the Cinnamomum tree family, they differ significantly in flavor, appearance, coumarin content, and health implications. Ceylon cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka and prized for its delicate, sweet, citrusy flavor and low coumarin levels, making it safer for regular consumption. Cassia cinnamon, which includes subtypes like Saigon, Korintje, and Chinese cinnamon, is more common globally—especially in the U.S.—due to its strong, spicy flavor and lower cost, but it contains significantly higher levels of coumarin, which may pose liver risks with prolonged overuse." I put the Cinnamon on my Oatmeal. Ceylon compliments the Oats with mild, mellow flavor. Supposedly helps remove blood vessel deposits. Read more

Ceylon cinnamon is actually the best to use for helping to keep your glycemic index low. Very fine with just a hint of flavor and a slight sweetness that can be added to almost anything you eat. I use it in hot coffee, on sliced fruits, and on ham. Read more

Cinnamon is so good for us ! also helps with stomach issues, and other body issues. As for me,.....I just wanted it for some darn good sugary cinnamon toast which I grew up on and loved. It didn't disappoint, and made me feel good knowing it was organic/clean. I also enjoyed it on my sweet potato, with a little brown sugar and butter. I think cinnamon is one of God's little blessings for life. Read more

The glass jar came sealed in bubble wrap in the box. Best cinnamon out there! It is flavorful and smells delicious. Ceylon cinnamon is the only thing I use in my baking. I like my spices in glass jars a this one is. this is a good size as well—I know I can use it up before it looses potency. Good value. Read more
