Some comments question the flavor and strength. Ceylon is normally not as strong of flavor as Cassia cinnamon. Perhaps that is the difference. Cinnamon is so good for us ! also helps with stomach issues, and other body issues. As for me,.....I just wanted it for some darn good sugary cinnamon toast which I grew up on and loved.
