These sink strainers/stoppers work so well! We have a double basin stainless steel sink with a garburator on one side. The stopper for it never completely held the water for washing dishes, so I wanted a functional stopper but one that could be easily removed to use the garburator. This one fit snugly over the drain and the basket catches debris & lifts easily to empty. After seeing how well the first stopper worked I ordered another one for the other side so now they match. Great quality product. It is super easy to set up- just drop it down over the sink drain. Water drains normally with button in unpressed position, stops the water in depressed position. Cleaning is easy because all you do is pull up the button piece to expose the rubber plunger and rinse any debris away or you can pick it up and dump in the garbage, reassemble the parts and place back over the drain. It is rubber and stainless steel so it should be rust resistant. I will find that out as time goes on, but so far it is a very satisfactory product. Read more

This strainer does in fact keep unwanted food from going down your drain, and it does look visually appealing and barely notice it's there when you look into out sink. It's lightweight and easy to take the strainer in and out to clean. HOWEVER, if you have a chrome sink like me, due to the height of the strainer some of the water won't go down the sink leaving a water circle in your sink. After I do my dishes, I have to lift it up a little bit to be able to not keep water in my sink. Read more

Great little replacement for my double kitchen sink. Bought on for each. Holds the water in the sinks well and provides protection from clogging the drain. It is easy to clean the "filter", is sturdy and fits my standard sinks well. It functions better with the sink that does not have the garbage disposal, but will work with it, only a bit slower to drain. Read more

At first it seemed that it didn’t fit because it kept popping up. Then I warmed up the seal and it stayed down. The rim is just a tad high but works fine. The stopper is great and very convenient. Very good product. Read more
