As someone who has long suffered from cervical spine issues, I've tried many regular and memory foam pillows without much satisfaction until I came across this cervical pillow. After using it for two weeks. What impressed me first was its support. The memory foam material has just the right firmness, perfectly contouring to the curve of my neck. When lying on my back, my neck no longer feels unsupported, and when sleeping on my side, my shoulders get excellent support. The most noticeable change is waking up without stiff neck pain, and the cracking sound when turning my head has significantly reduced. It's different from other memory foam pillows - not too soft, providing excellent neck support. The pillow's design is scientifically sound, slightly lower in the middle and higher on both sides, making it comfortable for both back and side sleeping. I appreciate that it doesn't flatten out like regular pillows and maintains good resilience. The included pillowcase is made of soft, breathable fabric that doesn't get stuffy even in summer. It's much more comfortable than traditional and other memory foam pillows. When first received, there was a slight new product smell, but it completely dissipated after just a few hours of airing. The pillow size fits me perfectly and comes with a matching pillowcase. The removable design makes cleaning very convenient. After using it for this period, my sleep quality has noticeably improved, and my daytime energy has gradually increased. I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain for sometime. I bought this pillow in hopes it would alleviate some of the pain. Although I know I have a partially torn rotator cuff, I wasn't expecting a miracle. I have only had the pillow for a few days and although I still have some pain in my shoulder, I don't seem to wake up quite as often and the achiness I normally feel in the morning has subsided.
