These things work so well. I'm actually shocked. They have incredible sticking power (almost difficult and a little painful to take off your face in the morning), and really hold your nose cavity open. My husband has sleep apnea and he finds that these really open his nose up well. They're like little bandages and they're very effective. If you have sensitive skin they might annoy you, but I didn't have an issue with them. They really improved my sleep too and I was pleased with how easy they are to put on. Good size for most anyone and they won't come off your face till you literally pry them off. Would recommend. Read more
Update (Nov 30th, 2025) read below: I’ve been wearing nose strips for a long time now, and you might say I’m a bit of an expert on all the different ones out there. I’ve used the main pharmacy brands, and I’ve even used the high-end BR brand. These actually rank a bit worse than all the drugstore ones… and the BR brand can be hand to remove if you don't do my trick below. I like that these are clear as there hardly noticeable in public compared to the tan versions. The sticking quality is good for the first 4-5 hours and then my oily skin kicks in and one side will come loose. (See tip below) I noticed a few low reviews on these, but most people don’t know my trick! I have very oily skin so... to get any nose strip to stick better, you shouldn’t just wash the sides of your nose with soap and water… instead, wipe the area with 80–91% isopropyl alcohol (I get mine at the 99¢ store). It gives the adhesive a much better surface. I also put a tiny dab of hand lotion on the top of my nose bridge because it doesn’t need to stick there — the pull comes from the sides anyway. When removing them, only do it in the shower or cover them with a warm to hot wet towel. They come right off without pulling off any nose cells ; ) Also, when removing them DON'T spend your time searching the top to open them instead just tear them from the center like in the pictures, takes 5 seconds to get one out. Fir all day/night dleepers I’d recommend these for persons with dry skin only. For those of us with oily skin recommend for short term use, but not for night sleepers. Read more
I've used these for a week now and they work great. I previously used Breathe Right brand. I tried the walmart version and they didn't quite stick as well nor did they keep my nostrils open as well. What I like about the Breathe Right is that it holds well and keeps things open. However, they have stiff edges that feel a little like a cutting into my skin (very lightly, not horrible, just annoying). They also felt like I was exfoliating my nose every time I took them off. I was afraid if I used them every day that I wouldn't have any skin left, lol These Skin Grip Nasal Strips do not have that same feeling, which is great. These ones also don't feel like they're ripping off skin. They do feel like they leave a little residue/adhesive on my nose, but it's not horrible. The other thing that's nice with these is the adhesive part goes a little long on the ends. That holds the ends down. The breathright ones tend to pop up just a little by the end of the night. I do tend to have oily skin, so that may be why, but with the extra length on these, they don't pop up. Read more
I don't snore but wanted to try these when I had a cold to see if they worked. I didn't have to wait long unfortunately. Due to a medical condition I can no longer take decongestants, so needed to look for other ways to manage nasal congestion. The strips come 90 in the pack which seems like a great deal . applying them was a bit tricky, I am not sure if it was the shape of my nose, but it took a few times to get them to stick well. They are not soft and flexible but a bit stiff, but I believe that is what helps them do their job- keeping the nasal passages open. the first few strips I applied did not stick well, but then, I applied little rubbing alcohol to clean my skin and let it dry well and held the strip for several seconds after applying and it finally stayed. - so make sure you applying to clean and dry skin. But once it was stuck, it really was stuck and I had no further issues with it coming off. From there on it was just a matter of breathing . I could immediately tell a difference in airflow through my nose. My nose felt more open, less congested. I went to bed , which is the golden test, as when you lay down , thats when everything goes to your nose! While I did still have some congestion, it was significantly better than without the nasal strips. This is a definite game changer for me in terms of nasal congestion management . I think this would also work if you have allergies too! Read more

These nasal strips have some serious adhesive. It relaxes after a while, but I had to remove a strip after only one hour, and it took considerable effort to get this strip off of my skin. I was very impressed. The firm build of the strips is perfect for my nose, it's comfortable, and it holds my nostrils open well. The strip is mostly clear. I wouldn't wear these in public myself, but they are as transparent as can be, so others might. I've been experimenting with different placements on my nose. Most placements offer a gentle lift of my nostrils, and they definitely function well, making it feel easier to breath. I think these are great. They hold really well, especially if applied to clean skin, they have not irritated my skin at all, and they help me breath, a valuable purchase all the way around. Read more
