I consumed the whole bottle of 120 capsules in about 8 weeks so I averaged 2 capsules a day, half of the recommended dose. Four capsules just seemed like too much since I take other supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow and much more convenient than mixing powders. I have not noticed a significant improvement in the appearance of my skin, hair and nails. I still have the same amount of wrinkles, dry skin and my joints still ache. Perhaps the collagen capsules have slowed down the effects of aging. They did not cause any negative effects either.
