This might be one of the most cost-effective training aids in existence. It seems so simple, and yet the grip is so important. I realized that the placement of my thumbs had slowly moved wildly out of place, leading to bad club head control. This snaps onto any club you want and ensures that your thumb placements (and thus hand placements) are in the correct position. You can rotate it as you wish to practice a stronger or weaker grip. You could probably take some practice swings with it in (although I worry that this will promote too much grip pressure for fear of the club flying off). Scottie Scheffler uses a grip trainer like this, so why shouldn't we? Read more

So I am not a great golfer, but I also do not hit grounders around a golf course nor do I embarrass myself too badly at corporate or charity events in which I am required to play. I golf about once a week and my handicap is a consistent 15. I have futzed around with my grip for eons, and it seems like I am always reverting to something tried in the past to angling my club head to "choking up", etc. When it was suggested that I try some grip tools, I scoffed of course (I KNOW how to hold a club), but I decided to finally get something and I gave these try. I have used Skillz equipment before for my sons for baseball, but never tried anything for golf, but had to think they were at least decent. These grips cannot be any more easy to attach to your clubs and use! I immediately saw improvement in my grip pressure and positioning on the club. I was flushing more irons than usual, and as stated, my grip pressure has become more consistent. Will these shave lots of strokes off your game? Probably not. Will these tools help you become more consistent with your hand placement and in turn give you more confidence about hitting a shot? It did for me. I'm still a consistent 15 handicap, but that is more a testament to my short game as of late! (another topic and maybe another review!) Give these a try if your grip never feels quite right. Differently gonna keep this in my bag slips right onto golf grips I have Royal grips and it fit perfect, only reason it isn't five stars is because it does slip a little from time to time, not enough to where it's annoying but after a while you might have to adjust it ever so slightly I think its because it doesn't fully wrap around the grip only clips onto half the grip maybe if there was more surface contact it wouldn't slip at all but still works extremely well nice mold to guide your hand feels great. It works fine for showing proper hand placement, but it slides around the grip way too easily. I kept having to readjust it after a few swings, which got annoying. Good concept, just not as secure as I expected Read more

If you’re looking to improve your golf game, this is the perfect start. You hear it all the time, GRIP is one of many things to master in golf. This training tool will help you in your first range session. I have a buddy who uses it during rounds, which we allow him since he is 30+ handicap, but even he finds fairways with this tool! I use it every time when warming up and there is a reason Scotty uses it too! Affordable and well worth the investment for a consistent grip! Read more

Awesome product. I’ve seen reviews mentioning that this is too small. For the record, I’m 6’6 with 9.75” hands (XXL glove size/Jumbo grips), and this fits perfect. Only qualm is that this is a fairly basic design for the price. It would be nice if it were priced in the $10-$12 range, but that’s my only criticism. Read more

Product was terrible, only lasted one week and the plastic broke on the bottom hand grip. It also was not stable and would move when you swing the club. Waste of money, the full rubber grips are much better. Read more
