Best part is the straps for arms
This is a confusing product. It’s described as retractable which I assumed was for storage but it stays retracted and your swing is what makes the pole and ball extend but only briefly. It goes right back in on the backswing. Sure you’re swinging but if it only comes out briefly and then retracts right back in, why does it even need to retract at all. I found the black straps the most useful to prevent my arms from separating and keeping that pendulum motion. Not being able to touch the ground with the ball doesn’t make sense. If it’s meant to be a weighted club to train how hard you swing, it’s a fail there as well. It’s not weighted at all. Read more
