Have used this (grey, heavy) band for a few weeks as pull up assist and it seems to be extremely well made and has a lot of resistance. I have used it for other exercises, and its great. If you double it up, its a hell of a lot of force. So far I am very pleased and look forward to finding even more uses for this band. Theres cheaper options, but you get what you pay for. I use it to assist me with pull ups. I'm 5 ft 2 in tall, and weigh less than 140 lbs. I can't do a full pull up unassisted, so this helps me do at least 2 full pull ups back to back. I know this will help me to achieve my fitness goal of doing pull ups unassisted. Durable product. Read more
