Do you like the "just out of the ocean, but before you wash off" feeling of your hair? Well, actually, this product is a bit more than that, but essentially that is the idea. The included moisturizing oils and gels will keep it from feeling unwashed and straw like that just sea water makes hair feel. The rest of the added value of this product is the novelty of using Dead Sea salt on your hair. The listing doesn't specify, but I'm guessing the ingredient list covers the trace elements one might find in Dead Sea salt water. I'm not a hair product guy, and so spending $2.70/oz on a volumizer/finisher is way too expensive for me, but I know guys who easily spend this much on product, without a second of hesitation. Bottom line: A novelty item that is too expensive for what one gets. But for some this may be just the product they're looking for.
