I honestly didn’t realize how much better my sleep could be until I tried this Bluetooth sleep mask. The comfort level is outstanding, it fits snugly without putting any pressure on my eyes or head, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to get the perfect fit. I’m a side sleeper, and the ultra thin speakers are a total game changer. No digging into my ears, no discomfort, just smooth, gentle sound. The blackout is impressive. The speakers are so thick. I apparently have diva ears. Headphones can't touch the cartilage inside my ears at all, or they hurt. It's ridiculous. But. As soon as I took it out of the package and felt how thick these were, I immediately changed to a different speaker set inside that are essentially flat. Not everyone has a spare set of speakers. There is no way these speakers work for any side sleeper. Pic included of the thickness of the speakers next to a AA battery for size comparison. The mask itself is fantastic, but for one thing. Blocks light well, soft and comfortable. Actually has ear padding! Which was the biggest issue with the other masks I have tried. The only issue is that the elastic doesn't go small enough to keep it as right as I would like so it doesn't slide around while sleeping. 3.5 Star rating for decent mask, unusable , for me, speakers.
