I have issues with sleeping in hotel rooms, and prefer to bring my own bedding. I had purchased a similar item and it was very narrow and claustrophobic. I found it difficult to get in and out of, but this one is nothing like that! The material is soft and comfortable which is important. The size is perfect to allow for room to move while you sleep, while not being too big. The size, and lightness of the item makes it easy to pack. It comes with a carrying case and fits easily into your suitcase without adding much weight. The opening at the top is large enough too easily get in and out of without having to open the sides. These are really soft and a lot more breathable than I thought they would be. I am a house sitter and I like to bring these so I don't have to mess up the homeowner's beds. They travel well and I found them easy to put back in their bags. I do wish they would fully unzip so they could just open up like a full sheet, preventing me from feel like I'm in a cocoon. Great for Cruises — Super Convenient and Comfortable I took these sheets on a cruise, and they worked really well. They kept me from having to sleep directly on the ship’s linens, which is exactly what I wanted. The only issue I had was my feet getting a little tangled at the bottom, but that’s really because I’m 6 feet tall — not the sheets’ fault. I ordered the purple set, and the color was very nice. Even the cabin steward commented on how cool it was that the sheet just slips right over the bed like that. For the most part, they stayed in place and felt good to sleep on. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, softness, and feel of the material. Also, nice to be able to open the feet area for cooling, and if you prefer feet out, or using within a sleeping bag and have the sleeping bag footbox open, also. So far, I've used this product as a liner within a down sleeping bag that I want to keep in nice condition when on backpacking/bikepacking/climbing trips (body and legs not always clean...sunscreen, bugspray, sweat debris), and it's much easier to wash this than the down bag! I am going to take this liner with me on an upcoming business trip to use in hotel because some detergents etc make me itchy, so I'll use this as a barrier between me and the hotel sheets! Will update afterwards if there's anything useful to add after that. I'm glad it packs down relatively small and came with it's own little pouch. I may get a second one and use these regularly in normal bedding to have less laundry -- easier to wash this regularly than all sheets, and perhaps a way to control dust mite allergies since human skin debris would be sequestered to this sleeping bag liner only, even if you pull additional blankets up over this.
