Exactly what I needed! My sofa had felt pads on the feet so it doesn't scratch the floor, but would slide on my hard wood floors when someone would sit on it. My Roomba would get stuck under the sofa sometimes. This product solved all my problems. The rubber grips the floor without scratching, and the lift is just enough that Roomba can easily get in and out, but not so high you notice when you have a seat. Just ordered 2 more sets for my chairs. We have to lift the sofa now, when we DO want it to move. There's no sliding even if we wanted to. Helped to add a couple inches to my chair legs for the counter height i needed. MY RATING SYSTEM: I try to stick with the same criteria and system when reviewing products and here is how it breaks down… FIVE STARS: Great Product, would feel completely confident in recommending to others and consider the product to be a great overall value with no obvious faults. FOUR STARS: Still a very good product, I consider it to be overall a good satisfying purchase and can still recommend it in good faith but there is one small aspect about the product keeping it from a perfect score. THREE STARS: A good product but not a great one, it operates and appears as advertised but more than one aspect of the item is undesirable. This is an item I would use but probably consider an alternative option. TWO STARS: Product is definitely lacking in quality and or the way it operates. Would not recommend it to others and would seek and alternative elsewhere. It maybe just barely does what it is advertised to do but is probably not worth the money and there are many negative factors about it. These risers are the best. I can't recommend them enough they have raised up my new desk and look great matching the black color. I wasn't expecting to find the perfect fit to be exact like these ones are but for me they are exactly what I needed and I'm so happy I purchased them. The bottom ring that touches the floor stay in place and don't slide at all. So I was able to raise my desk as well as the pullout which extends one side to be an L shape and that has rollers but I bought two packs of these and set the small rollers right into one of the cutouts in the underside of the risers and it worked without even removing them I was so relieved. These risers are solidly built and come with good quality hardware to attach them to your furniture. The hardware keeps them in place and the instructions make it simple to install them. I recommend them as a perfect product to raise up your furniture and they are offered at a reasonable price just try them out for yourself. Followed the directions and found the screws that came with these became easily stripped. Ended up having to use a larger drill bit for the initial hole, and lost 2 screws in the process due to rounding them out while trying to get them in, but the final result was acceptable. It was considerably lower cost than purchasing the legs meant for the IKEA entertainment center I have. Needed to raise it up just enough to clear the carpets in the new place and these got the job done. NOTE: I said I used them for IKEA furniture, but they are not designed with that size screw, so you would have to drill additional holes into the furniture to use them. Beware that many pieces of IKEA furniture are made with hollow pieces and you'll have to be careful about where you put the screws to make sure you still have them anchored into the furniture.
