I instantly felt relieved 😌 (you do have to make sure they are positioned correctly) I'd recommend getting alcohol swaps or something to help take this off, it kind of got my peach fuzz that first time and I wasn't expecting it. I purchased these to try in place of the sm/med breathe right strips. They are packaged well, pretty, and targeted toward women. I am not sure about other skin types but these stuck... too much so. I could not get it off. My skin is very tender and red now. I will not be using them again. Hope others have better results. Read more

I have a smaller nose and these pink strips fit me better than the regular store brand. They stick on really well and stayed put the whole night without peeling off. I didn't feel any irritation from the adhesive. When I put one on, I can feel my nasal passages open up right away. It makes breathing easier. I think I slept a bit more soundly because of it. In the morning, it came off cleanly without any sticky residue left behind. They come in a nice little bag with plenty of strips.
