Nothing overly complicated in the installation. Hooks up like your standard light fixture. Hanging each "crystal" is slightly a pain. But, my wife loves it so much it was worth it. Looks great in the hallway. Good product. Read more
Missing parts! Terrible quality control!
I ordered these months ago and am just getting them hung up. Very disappointed because one of the chandeliers did not have enough of the crystals! I will provide photo but the first one we installed had plenty but the second which was just installed today is missing 15-20 crystals! Just infuriated me because we installed the lamp and added crystals after it was installed due to the nature of the lamp. Do not purchase! Wasted my $ because it’s outside return window! Read more
