The product box was already torn open when it arrived, the charger is dirty and the tie that holds the charging cable had been removed. This product is obviously used and I paid for a new product. Now I have to pay to print the return label, box it up and drive into town to return at UPS drop off for an $8.99 charger. So, in reality it will end up costing me far more. Very disappointed.
