Wife Review*: Love the big frame style sunglasses. I love to walk and I thought these would be great as an alternative to Air Pods while listening to music. They are made well with sturdy frames, and for the price they seem to have quality speaker sound. I like the idea that they are sunglasses with built-in speakers. This way I do not have to use my Air Pods with a chance of losing them. I think they are perfect for walking, exercise or driving. These glasses are decent as glasses but they are heavy, and the ear pieces are thick. So if you have small ears they tend to fall forward and flop around. These glasses are pretty much headphones, but not worth buying for that reason. The sound quality is great, but if you adjust the glasses on your face or touch them at all everything gets messed up. They’re so finicky and sensitive since the buttons for everything are in the side ear pieces exactly where you would touch to adjust the glasses if they were falling. The glasses are slightly oversized, but I really like how they look on me! I was very excited to try them out since I get tired of wearing earbuds all the time. The sound quality is good, and it's great that I can answer calls with them as well! They do a fantastic job of protecting my eyes from the sun. I've never had smart glasses before but I was looking for an alternative to earbuds when sitting outside in the backyard with my kids this summer. I don't want to have my earbuds in and be unable to hear my kids but I also want to be able to listen to a podcast or music. I need to be able to move around as needed but my kids are old enough that I don't actually have to do much except sit there. These are great because I can listen to what I want and have my phone in my pocket. There's a little button in each arm that you use to turn them on and off, increase and decrease the volume. etc. My kiddos can hear some of what I'm listening to from about 2-3 feet away and can tell that I'm listening to something but not what from about 6 feet away. So this isn't something you want to wear when you're being discrete. But for a park or backyard, they are perfect! Even going for a walk. I tried out all the features and definitely the audio is my favorite. You can actually use it as a remote for taking a photo from your phone (so there's no camera in the glasses, but you can use a tripod to hold your phone and then use the sunglasses as a remote). It's easy to answer calls and my kids and husband and sister all say that the quality is better than with my earbuds and nearly as good as directly with the phone. It's really nice for chatting with my sister while I'm sitting outside on the patio. I couldn't use my earbuds because the quality wasn't good enough and now I don't have to hold my phone to chat! I only found two down sides. One is common to all bluetooth devices and that's the fact that it doesn't know which app I'm trying to control. It will always answer the phone, which is the most important for it to do correctly, imo. But sometimes if I was trying to take a photo, it would turn on the music instead, lol. The other issue is how heavy they are. They are not very heavy at all so most people will have no issues whatsoever. But I struggle with migraines and can't even wear a baseball cap because the visor is too heavy. My sunhat weighs almost nothing and I never wear hairclips or ponytails. So if you have that level of sensitivity, you'll have to try out the sunglasses and see if they will work for you. They are okay for me but I probably won't wear them on a bad day. But for everyone normal, they should be totally fine. My teen who wears glasses tried them over their glasses and these are big enough to actually wear in addition to your regular glasses (if you're like me and just have bigger sunglasses to put on over your regular glasses). It is easy to connect to my android cellphone bluetooth. The speaker's sound quality is decent. This is great to use when driving, functional for sunglasses and for answering calls. It will sufficiently protect your eyes from glare. However, a negative for the glasses is you can see the reflection of what's behind you on the side of the lenses which is distracting. Read more
