Watch would disconnect the 911 call after a few rings.
Do not buy this watch. It would dial 911 but disconnect after 3 rings. I tried to contact 911 at least 4 times, but it would disconnect after a few rings. A couple of hours later a deputy showed up at my door. She said the watch pinged off my house and a neighbors. Obviously, this was not what I wanted. You are suppose to dial 911 to check and see if the watch would connect. When the call is answered, you tell the operator you are checking out your watch. I called the company. They had no explanation. I was given a case number. They were supposed to call back the next day. They never did. So the watch is being returned. tch Read more

It does require a subscription if you want to use the features other than the fall alert.
fairly easy to use However. It only detects falls and ONLY dials 911 unless you pay a$75 upgrade fee and a monthly service fee. So, It is misleading to state in the description that there are no service fees. Read more
I needed help with setup
Arrived as scheduled. Documentation to set up slim. No phone help on weekends, Got it all working two days later with call to customer service. Customer service rep knew their stuff, spoke English and didn't try to rush the call. Read more
