I bought this smart ring as a gift for my girlfriend, and she’s obsessed with it. It looks elegant on her hand, and she loves that it’s not bulky like a watch or fitness band. She’s been using it daily to track steps, heart rate, and sleep, and she says it’s surprisingly accurate. The battery lasts a good while, and the display is simple but super convenient. It turned out to be both a stylish accessory and a really useful tool for her health goals. Definitely one of the best gifts I’ve ever given! Read more

This smart ring is way better than I expected! It looks stylish, fits perfectly, and tracks all my health stats with great accuracy. I use it daily for heart rate, steps, and sleep monitoring, and it gives detailed insights without needing a smartwatch. The touch controls work smoothly, and the battery easily lasts several days. Excellent quality for the price - I've already recommended it to friends! Read more

Do not waste your money unless you don't care about the extremely short battery lifespan! I've only had this ring for 3 months, followed the instructions, and took excellent care of it, now the battery is no longer functional. The seller told me that this is normal. Imagine purchasing an item for over $40 and it breaks in 3 months and the seller essentially says too bad, so sad it's normal. I don't know about you all .... $40 dollars is a lot of money to me to just toss away. Not good quality. Not good functionality. The seller couldn't care less. Read more

I really wanted to like this ring, but no dice. The quality of the ring itself appeared good, and it's easy and quick to charge, but that's about it. Since it has a display, it's easy to see when the ring has rotated on your finger, which it does all the time, even though I had a snug fit. The display turns on at random times because your next-door finger will touch the place on the display that turns it on, and sometimes also reverses the display--I set the display so it was off all day except for one minute (see below) The main issue that I had is the heart rate is way off if the ring is wet, like when swimming or sweating. It reads about 50% high when wet, which is not acceptable for a product that is advertised as water proof, with swimming as a sport selectable on the app--it said my pulse rate was over 180 BPM during my swimming laps, which if true, would have been a 911 situation for my age! Speaking of the app, it would regularly lose the sleep data for previous days, seemingly at random. I could retrieve the data by unbinding the ring and re-binding (see below). So many of the features of the ring are disabled in the app, but you can find those settings in the debug menu, which is reachable by a special sequence that is typical of such apps. Until you do that, you have no idea of the battery charge level, the display settings (you can set it to only display at certain times), the pulse rate measurement interval, unbinding the ring, battery charge level, camera interface, etc, etc. The app is much more flexible with those extra settings, but it still falls way short of a more expensive product. The Qring app is apparently used by many other ring and watch brands, so it's not exclusive to this particular ring. Because of the pulse rate issue when wet, I also suspect the readings when dry, though it seemed to be correct at lower pulse rate levels, but it may be really off when reading higher levels, say above 100 BPM. The sleep data seems reasonable, but who knows? That data requires a complex set of algorithms and sensors to generate accurately, and with such a gross error on pulse rate, I also suspect all the other measurement's accuracy. I ended up returning the ring after using it for several weeks (thanks to Prime), and bought a more expensive product which has a dedicated (and much more extensive, but still free) app and is accurate even when wet. This ring was a good learning experience, even though it is basically a toy because of it's inaccuracy. Read more

The Smart Ring Fitness Tracker has really impressed me with its mix of style, comfort, and functionality. Unlike bulky smartwatches, this ring is sleek and lightweight, making it easy to wear all day and night without feeling intrusive. It looks like a regular piece of jewelry, but it’s packed with health and fitness tracking features. I love how it monitors blood pressure, heart rate, sleep quality, step counting, and calories burned. The readings are consistent and accurate, giving me real insights into my daily health. The sleep monitoring has been especially helpful—I can now track my rest patterns and make small changes to improve how refreshed I feel in the morning. One of the best features is that it comes with no subscription fees. Everything is included upfront, so I don’t have to worry about hidden costs to access my data. The companion app works smoothly on both iPhone and Android, syncing quickly and showing detailed reports in a clear, easy-to-read format. The waterproof design is another big plus. I don’t have to take it off for workouts, washing hands, or even swimming, which makes it super convenient. The battery life is solid, lasting several days before needing a recharge, and the wireless charging is quick and hassle-free. Overall, this smart ring is practical, accurate, and beautifully designed. It’s a great option for anyone who wants to track their health and fitness without wearing a bulky smartwatch. A stylish and reliable device that truly delivers Read more

Somewhat helpful. Less data than hoped. Sadly I am not sure how much I trust it. Steps seem over-stated, which concerns me for more important data. No specific info about sleep apnea, which I hoped, though I can see my sleep cycle. Reverts to 24 hour clock after a few hours, which drives me crazy, since a primary reason I purchased it was so I had a watch on hand. If you need to track your prayer movements, it has that covered! It can be turned off, but it's always on the list (Daily Tasbid). I've worn it two weeks, I have a gentle lifestyle and remove ring when washing up, but nevertheless it looks rather beat-up. Read more
