I only use this for sleep tracking. It barely lasts for a week. When I've tried to use it to track workouts/activities it chews up battery quickly. This is the second chance; the first chance started losing power. Do be mindful how you're gripping things. I wasn't used to wearing a ring this size, and i was surprised at how often I had to adjust my left forefinger to avoid tapping the ring on hard objects. Read more

HRV is a useless item to measure and track. I also wish there was a way to remove the menstrual cycle category if you’re not female. Ring works great but came with a faulty charger. Had to return everything and re-order everything. Read more

I picked up this Smart Ring Health Monitor specifically for monitoring my sleep and not so much for the other features. It's been a good resource for tracking my sleep habits and quality of sleep which allows me to keep records. I chose the black color to match one of my black wedding bands and it looks great. The ring is simple to operate despite it having no buttons or display. Everything is tracked through the Amovan Ring app which is free and there is no subscription fee either. The ring is supplied with a user manual and a charging cable, everything else is app based. The ring is true to size and can track not only sleep, but workout activities, step counting, oxygen saturation, and stress monitoring. I'm not quite sure how accurate it is, but it's on par with my smart watch. The ring is waterproof which is excellent because of sweat from working out or just forgetting its on my finger when I'm washing dishes. A full charge takes a couple of hours and lasts about 5 days. I love how inconspicuous this ring is and it's become my daily wearer that functions as a smart monitor. Great product and I'm happy with it! Read more
