Ordered kit for proper size. Works great, gives heart rate accurately, steps a little off iPhone, Bought mostly to monitor sleep and that gives good information. App was easy to set up and link. Battery is good and lasts several days. Read more

I am extremely impressed with this smart ring. It offers all the same core features as the much more expensive name-brand versions, but at a fraction of the cost, and without a monthly subscription fee, which is a huge plus. I’ve found the data to be very accurate when compared to my expensive smartwatch. The biggest advantage for me is sleep tracking: I have to charge my watch at night, so I was missing that data, but this ring allows me to track my sleep effortlessly. It also tracks oxygen levels and HRV, which my smartwatch doesn’t even offer. The ring is very comfortable to wear. I honestly forget it’s on and it’s waterproof, so I never have to worry about taking it off. Charging is incredibly convenient too. I can just drop it in the charging case while driving to work every few days, and the app clearly shows the battery life so I always know when it needs a charge. Overall, this ring has been a great tool for keeping my health on track. If you want comprehensive health tracking without the high price tag or monthly fees, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend. Read more

I'm wanting to track my sleep as well as my blood pressure and this did both. I put images in the review so you can see exactly what the app and results look like when you wear it, and how the readings change throughout the day. Why I Bought It The doctor told me my blood pressure was running high, so I needed an easy way to see if I was hitting dangerous levels at different times of day without constantly using a traditional cuff. I also wanted a simple, comfortable sleep tracker that I could wear all night without the bulk of a smartwatch or fitness band. Health Tracking Performance This ring tracks heart rate, blood oxygen, HRV, stress/pressure levels, and sleep, giving you a clear picture of how your body is doing in one dashboard. The blood pressure–related insights and alerts make it much easier to notice patterns, like when stress or activity causes spikes, so you can bring real data to your doctor. Sleep And Daily Insights Overnight, it records how long you sleep and breaks it into stages, then shows trends so you can see how habits like staying up late or drinking caffeine affect your rest. During the day, step and activity tracking help you connect movement with better sleep and calmer heart-rate/pressure patterns over time. Design, Comfort, And Colors The ring is slim, lightweight, and much less noticeable than a watch, so it feels natural to wear all day and night, even while sleeping. It is waterproof, so you do not have to take it off for handwashing, rain, or most daily water exposure, and it comes in multiple colors so you can pick a style that matches your jewelry. Overall Impression For the price, getting heart rate, blood oxygen, HRV, stress, sleep, steps, and blood-pressure-related tracking with no subscription fee is an incredible value. Anyone who has been warned about high blood pressure or who wants deeper insight into sleep and daily recovery would find this ring extremely helpful and reassuring. Get the proper fit. It must be snug. Read more

It seems to work well. Only 4 stars because I don’t know how accurate it really is. I don’t really have a way to compare it to the more expensive rings on the market. Read more

I’ve been testing this Smart Ring for a few days and I’m honestly impressed! The design is sleek and minimal it looks like a stylish piece of jewelry, not a gadget. It’s lightweight, super comfortable, and fits perfectly on the finger (I wear size 8). The sensors track heart rate, sleep, and activity quite accurately, and the connection with the app was smooth and quick. I love that it charges easily in its compact case and holds battery for several days. It’s a great option for anyone who wants to monitor health without wearing a bulky smartwatch. Definitely worth trying! Read more

Glad I got this set. It provided me the right size I needed for my Smart Ring, and prevented me from getting the wrong size. This saves the guess work, and worth the few bucks to find out the size I really needed. After getting the Smart Ring, and being blocked from doing a review on it, I've added it here, so beware of these APPs (see pics). The Apps want full access to your phone, your text messages, photos, and contacts, and...access to DELETE your contacts. How's that for something you want to have on your phone? Even if you opt out, whose to say they still don't have access? I'm not sure what the charging block is for either, as I used it to charge the ring, and it showed fully charged, then used the magnetic cord to charge the ring directly, and it charged for another 2 hours...so what's the block for? As for accuracy of the ring, it's understood it's for reference only, so don't take it as official tracking. I use mine basically for sleep, and it's not bad, but it's way off for blood pressure. Steps are close, but not great. The SP02 reading is fairly accurate as well. I tested this against my other meters for verification. The App is from China, so you are giving them access.
