Does not heat temps as advertised. Fully charged. Claims 150 degrees at the highest setting. With the cup 1/3 full the hottest it would get was 124. Temps taken with $100 Thermoworks thermometer. You get what you pay for. Tested multiple times with consistent results. Read more

In theory, such a great concept! I really wanted this to work well, and it sort of does? To be fair, it does keep my tea hot which is amazing… BUT the mug needs to always be sitting on the charging base. I had a work call that lasted 45 min and by the time the call concluded, the charge on the mug was totally dead. I would keep the charging base plugged in at my desk but it makes a loud buzzing noise if the mug is turned on while on the base. Buzzing noise is loudest on the lowest charge and not as loud on the hottest. It’s actually buzzing in my ear right now while I’m writing this review, so annoying! My OCD just won’t let me get past it, LOL. This is a proof of concept for me though! Now I know this type of mug has value and works. So I will go purchase one that costs a bit more money but works better. Read more
